Mr. Lennon is an experienced industry CEO, having previously led two other private equity-backed utility infrastructure leaders from start-up through successful exit. Previously, Mr. Lennon was co-founder and CEO of PrimeLine Utility Services and InfrastruX Group. Under his leadership, both companies grew organically and through acquisition to become industry leaders in the electric, natural gas, and telecommunication infrastructure maintenance and construction business. Mr. Lennon earned an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Babson College.

James CarithersChief Operating Officer
James Carithers joined Peak Utility Services Group in 2017 from the SiteWise leadership team. Prior to joining SiteWise, he served as a Director at Quanta Power a division of Quanta Services.
James provides executive-level oversight of the corporate functions of environmental health and safety (EH&S), field operational excellence including training and quality, asset management, real estate, supply chain management, marketing and sales and corporate strategic planning.
Responsible for developing and executing corporate strategies and long-term corporate goals.
James graduated from San Juan Basin Vo-Tech with an associate degree in Industry Welding.

Jack StoryChief Information Officer
Mr. Story is a technologist, visionary and business leader whose 30+ year career includes serving as Chief Information Officer, EVP of Operations, Director of Technology and Advisory Board Member of public, private and early-stage companies across many sectors including utilities & energy construction, technology, professional services, retail, manufacturing and government. This includes over 25+ M&A transactions while at Intel, InfrastruX Group, PrimeLine Utility Services and Vinci Energies.
Jack has deep experience in strategic planning, acquisition, and deployment of advanced business solutions and technology. Specializes in leading organizations to maximize the return on investment, drive growth and optimize business operations utilizing enterprise technology. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University. Intellectual visionary who is results-driven with a passion for technology and innovation.

Ryan PolkGeneral Counsel
Mr. Polk joined Peak in July of 2020, and brings with him over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry, both before and after going to law school. Mr. Polk began his career in construction with a major national homebuilder. After law school, Mr. Polk was a litigator and trial lawyer, who specialized in a broad range of commercial and construction disputes, and transactions. Most recently, he spent the last almost seven years as the General Counsel for a large specialty trade contractor, with operations around the Intermountain West.
Mr. Polk received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Colorado, where he was a member of the President’s Leadership Class, and his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. He is licensed to practice before all courts in Colorado and Wyoming.

Ray SharmaSenior Vice President of Human Resources
Ray has been an integral part of Peak Utility Services Group since 2019, leveraging his vast experience in building and leading Talent Acquisition Teams and driving organic growth strategies. With over a decade in senior HR leadership roles within utility construction, Ray excels in developing and nurturing talent.
In his current role, Ray is dedicated to spearheading the expansion of our organization by attracting and recruiting top-tier professionals who emphasize quality and safety. His strategic vision and commitment to employee development are key to our ongoing success.
Previously, as Director of Recruitment at ADB Companies, Ray was a vital member of the Leadership Team. He played a crucial role in workforce planning and execution, particularly during periods of significant geographic expansion, ensuring the right talent was in place to support growth.
Ray’s strong academic foundation, highlighted by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, complements his hands-on experience, making him a driving force in our HR initiatives and a champion of our people-focused culture.

Meiyi SungCorporate Controller
Meiyi Sung joined the Company in August 2021 as the Corporate Controller. She brought over 20 years of professional experience in SaaS, medical devices, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing industries. Her prior professional career was with VC-backed and Fortune 100 companies in the US, Shanghai, and Taiwan. Meiyi has held positions as VP of Finance, plant controller, country finance director, and managing director of finance. She received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin, BBA in Accounting from University of Dubuque, and holds the CPA certification.

Steve TrujilloDirector of Environmental Health & Safety
Before joining Peak Utilities, Steve Trujillo has had an exceptional career in the Occupational Health and Safety field spanning over 30 years. He began his journey in Chemical Operations with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and eventually transitioned into Health Physics (Radiation Protection). During his tenure, Steve Co-chaired the Hazardous and Toxic Materials Committee and served on a DOE Special Exposure Cohort Review Board in Washington DC. Steve’s leadership abilities enabled him to manage industrial hygiene and safety professionals during nuclear power plant outages. Later, Steve joined Techtron Engineering as a Regional Safety Manager who provided professional health and safety consulting to Xcel Energy’s Engineering and Construction department while managing contractor safety professionals on large-scale demolition, new infrastructure, and remediation projects. His increasing roles and responsibilities in health and safety paved the way for his success as VP of Operations and Safety at Techtron Engineering in Denver, Colorado. Steve holds a B.S. degree in Occupational Health and Safety, several professional safety certifications, and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
